This website has no accounts, no forms, no newsletter sign-up, no analytics and no advertising. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you. The only personal data involved is the basic technical information every website needs in order to load.

What data is processed

When you visit yorghaki.com, the server that delivers the site automatically receives technical information from your browser: your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, and your browser and device type. This happens on every website and is needed to send you the pages, to deliver the audio files you play or download, and to protect the site against abuse.

We don't use this information to identify you, build a profile, or track you across other websites.

Hosting and where data is processed

We are based in the United States, and the website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA), which processes the technical data above on our behalf. If you visit from outside the United States, including from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this data is processed in the United States. Netlify protects international transfers with the safeguards required by law, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You can read more in Netlify's privacy policy.

Why we process it and for how long

We process this technical data only to run a secure, working website. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in doing so (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Netlify keeps server logs only for as long as needed to operate and secure the service.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell or share personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not set any cookies and does not use local storage, tracking pixels, analytics tools or third-party embeds. For that reason, we don't show a cookie banner: there's nothing to consent to.

If we ever add anything that requires your consent, we'll update this page and ask you before using it.

If you email us

If you contact us by email, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and we don't share them with anyone else.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or state privacy laws such as the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, write to team@yorghaki.com. We won't treat you differently for doing so. If you are in Europe, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This website isn't aimed at children and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
