1. Who we are

yorghaki.com is run by Yorghaki ("we", "us"). You can reach us at team@yorghaki.com. By using this website or downloading anything from it, you agree to these terms.

2. The samples you can download

The audio samples on this website (for example KT_perc_shaker.wav, KT_warped_arp.wav and KT_asi_nacio.wav) were made by Yorghaki. We own all rights in them.

3. What you can do with them

We give you a free, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the samples in your own music and audio projects, including commercial releases. You don't need to pay us anything or ask for permission, as long as you follow these terms.

• Use them in songs, beats, remixes, videos, podcasts, games and live sets.
• Chop, edit, process and change them however you like.
• Release, stream and sell the music you make with them.

4. Credit

When you release something that uses our samples, credit Yorghaki wherever credits are listed (for example the track description, release notes or liner notes). For example: "Samples by Yorghaki".

5. What you can't do

• Sell, share or give away the samples on their own, as-is or lightly edited, including inside another sample pack, loop library, preset or sound kit.
• Claim that you made the samples or that you own them.
• Register the samples on their own with Content ID or any similar rights-management system. You can register your own finished track, but not the sample by itself.

6. Ownership

We keep ownership of the samples. You own the new music you create with them, apart from the samples themselves.

7. No warranty

The samples and this website are provided "as is". We try to keep everything working and accurate, but we can't promise the site will always be available or error-free.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any indirect loss or damage that comes from using this website or the samples. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that can't be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. A change doesn't affect music you released before the change.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
